Customers can either provide measurements themselves or request our measurement service. If you face any difficulty, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Payment Policy
Depending on the product type, advance payment may be required before starting the order.

Delivery Policy
After order confirmation, delivery usually takes a few working days depending on the product type.
- Inside Dhaka: Home delivery and installation support available
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery through courier services
Please note that delivery time may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as traffic, weather, or courier delays.
Courier and Outside Dhaka Delivery
For deliveries outside Dhaka, we rely on third-party courier services available in your area.
In such cases, Vertical Blinds BD will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by courier service providers.
Order Confirmation and Communication
Order confirmation is usually done through phone call or email.
Customers must provide correct contact information to avoid any communication issues. Vertical Blinds BD will not be responsible for technical or communication errors.
Company Rights

অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে সাইজ, রঙ, ডিজাইন সবকিছু ভালোভাবে যাচাই করুন। অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর পরিবর্তন করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
মাপ সংক্রান্ত বিষয়
সঠিক মাপ নেওয়া খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
আপনি নিজে মাপ দিতে পারেন অথবা আমাদের মাপ নেওয়ার সার্ভিস নিতে পারেন। কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
পেমেন্ট নীতি
পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী অগ্রিম টাকা দিতে হতে পারে।
আমরা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, ক্যাশসহ বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি। অনুগ্রহ করে শুধুমাত্র আমাদের অফিসিয়াল নাম্বারে পেমেন্ট করুন।

ডেলিভারি নীতি
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত কয়েক কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: হোম ডেলিভারি ও ইনস্টলেশন সুবিধা
- ঢাকার বাইরে: কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্যান্য সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে।
ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি
ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ব্যবহৃত হয়।
এক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যার দায়ভার Vertical Blinds BD বহন করবে না।
অন্যান্য শর্ত
Vertical Blinds BD যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।
